Stanley H. Pierce Award - Each year, one faculty member and one undergraduate student are selected to receive the Stanley H. Pierce Award for their efforts to promote and improve student-faculty relations. Students, student organizations, and faculty members within any engineering discipline nominate candidates, and the Engineering Council Awards Committee makes the selection. Each winner receives an engraved plaque in recognition of his/her accomplishments and a monetary stipend. The winners' names are also engraved onto a plaque that is placed in Engineering Hall.
