Outstanding Society of the Year - The Outstanding Society award was started to recognize societies, which have gone out of their way over the past year to promote engineering leadership to their members and fellow societies. The Engineering Council Executive Board and Awards Selection Committee will choose the recipient of the Outstanding Society Award. The recipient of this award will receive a monetary endowment accompanied by a plaque to be presented at the Knights of St. Patrick ball. All nominations must be returned by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27th. All information and events must be relevant to the Fall 2007/Spring 2008 academic year.
